1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Communications Consent
By booking services, submitting a quote request, or contacting Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC via telephone, text message, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any messaging platform, you expressly consent to be contacted regarding your inquiry and booking via phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, and electronic mail. You may opt out in writing, though doing so may result in delays in booking confirmations and event coordination.
3. Services Provided
Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC provides mobile bubble entertainment, event organization, and professional production services, including:
- Interactive bubble shows and performances
- Giant bubble stations and person-in-a-bubble experiences
- Specialized effects (such as smoky bubbles and hand-fire bubble tricks)
- Event Types: Adult birthday parties, baby showers, professional photo/video shoots, holiday celebrations, corporate & brand events, weddings & special occasions, community & public events, and full-service event birthday party organization.
- Equipment rental, setup, and professional coaching/hosting.
4. Booking and Payment
- Reservation Requirements: A deposit (typically $100, or as specified in your quote) is required to reserve your date and time.
- Balance Due: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event, and must be paid in full before the performance concludes.
- Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled prior to the event date without penalty, subject to our availability.
- Weather & Outdoor Events: Bubble solutions and giant bubble creation are highly sensitive to weather conditions (such as high winds, heavy rain, or extreme heat). In the case of unfavorable weather, we reserve the right to work with you to postpone or relocate the event to a suitable indoor/sheltered space at no additional penalty.
6. Client and Venue Responsibilities
As the client, you agree to:
- Provide a safe, suitable venue with adequate space for performance setup and guest interaction.
- Ensure that performance areas are reasonably clear of sharp objects or excessive debris.
- Venue Flooring & Surface Verification: The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming venue requirements regarding mats, floor covers, and surface compatibility—especially for specialized flooring types such as stylized concrete, polished stone, delicate wood, or rubberized/porous floors. The client must notify Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC in advance if the venue requires specific protective measures or prohibits certain floor coverings.
- Be present or designate a responsible adult during setup and throughout the event.
- Ensure all participants follow safety instructions provided by the performer.
- Permits & Location Rules: Clients must secure any necessary permits if a park, public space, or venue requires one. If a client confirms they have obtained the required permit, but on the day of the event the location shuts down the party due to a missing or invalid permit, Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC is not responsible for any resulting losses — full liability lies with the client. Furthermore, if the location pursues any legal action or claims arising from the client's failure to secure a proper permit, all associated costs and liabilities shall be borne solely by the client.
7. Safety, Flooring, and Conduct Management
- Flooring & Safety Mats: For indoor and select outdoor bubble performances, Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC provides and utilizes a large, specialized floor cover or carpet spanning a wide surface area. This practice completely eliminates slippery surfaces, absorbing excess solution to ensure the entire space stays safe, clean, dry, and smooth.
- Bubble Solution Note: Bubble solutions are formulated to be safe and non-toxic, though interactive elements (such as standing inside a giant bubble) may occasionally leave minor moisture on clothing.
- Participant Conduct: We reserve the right to pause or stop a performance if participants engage in unsafe, aggressive, or severely disruptive behavior that threatens the safety of the performer, equipment, or other guests. No refunds will be issued if an event is cut short due to unmanaged misconduct or unsafe venue conditions.
8. Equipment and Property
- All performance props, generators, specialized floor mats, and equipment remain the property of Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC.
- Clients are responsible for any intentional or reckless damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Photography and Media
We may capture photos or videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes—including across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, humanitarian projects, and other digital or print media. By booking our services, you consent to the use of such media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the event begins.
10. Pricing and Limitation of Liability
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rami Bubbles Entertainment LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific event.
